Shipping policy

We have 2 to 5 working days handling time before our products are shipped out. Our team tries it's best to ship out your purchases within 24 hours or next day. If the purchase falls on a Saturday after 11am, we will most likely ship the product out on Monday.

Our team does not control the delivery timeframe. We cannot control any delays caused by the, DPD, Aramex, Royal Mail, USPS, UPS, Fedex, or DHL If you have any questions, email us at info@durhamskinlab.com.

Our products are usually shipped out in 24-48 Hours. Our products take 1-3 business days of the stock in UK and the delivery to UK, 4-7 days if the stock is in UK and the delivery to EU or Middle east (GCC), and 10-20 business days for other countires within our delivery list.

Our Return Policy

If you still need to return a product we understand, here are the details:

You can return the backdrops up to 7 days from the date of delivery only if the item(s) has not been used or damaged.

You are responsible for the return shipping fees.

A $6 processing fee will be deducted from the order

Please fill out the tracking form below for a guaranteed return. We need the tracking number to process the return.

Products must be in new and unused condition.

Products with a Custom Logo are not returnable.

You will receive a full product refund, not including shipping. Refunds will be applied to the card or PayPal account you used to make the original purchase. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receipt of the product. if the payment uses other third party payment gateway (like KNET or apple pay, google pay, VISA, Master Card, AE, or GCC payment methods, please contact them directly for follow up).
